Tom’s Auto Repair did an excellent job. They fixed a heater issue that’s been broken since I bought my pickup and also diagnosed other problems I wasn’t aware of. They called me with every issue, explained everything clearly, gave me the price up front, and made sure I was comfortable moving forward before doing any work. Honest, communicative, and thorough,I highly recommend.

They were great with fixing my car, I had concerns about if they had the special tools for my nissan and they do. Very kind, courteous, and patient every time I had a question. Will definitely be back if I have future needs for any repairs. Will highly recommend this autoshop!

Now don't get me wrong I am very happy with the work that was done. But on the bad side is I asked for my hoses to be checked and changed if needed. I was told that my hoses were fine everything looked good. This is the next day and I have no power steering fluid in my car and I'm having to take it somewhere else to have the hoses checked and replaced.

Super glad they took our car in last minute as we were going out of town and in a bind. The only issue was the price we were quoted was not the price it ended up being, it was more expensive. Luckily we had the money to cover it and it didn’t impact our trip too much. But to be almost $200 higher when we chose them bc of the price, it’s kind of a rub. No extra work was done that warranted the cost being higher than quoted.

Tom has been fixing my cars for thirty years and always does a first rate job quickly at reasonable cost. This last time my son was visiting from far away and his Honda Odessy A/C went out. Imagine going home across Kansas and Nebraska in summer with three little kids and no A/C! Big worries. Tom said bring it right over. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and fixed it (relay) in two hours at surprisingly low cost. Tom has always been the best car guy I know and I've regretted it when I've taken other advice and foolishly gone somewhere else! Don't go wrong. You can count on Tom.
