We had to get the water pump replaced on our 2015 Ford Explorer and they did it and our car is back to normal again! So thankful for these guys! A lot of the shops I called wouldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right tools or the time it took because of it being such an internal job.

I had a check engine light come on. Ford dealership said I would have to leave my car for 24 to 48 hours to have it looked at. Vic’s Said I could bring it by and they would put the computer on it to see what the code was. Turned out to be a simple electrical code that only required a reset. I was in and out in five minutes. It felt like amazing customer service from knowledgeable professionals. Thank you.

Just brought my car in this morning. They had it back to me the same day. They were extremely busy, so this was very unexpected. This is only the second time I have had a vehicle there, and I have to say. Anytime I need service done this will be my first choice from here on out. Great service, and didn't have to sell a kidney to have the service done. Great place, will recommend them to anyone.

They always take care of our car quickly. They do a great job and are so friendly, they will drive you back home or come pick you up to get your car. Their prices are always reasonable compared to others and it's always done with a friendly smile.
