Very disappointed! First, after dropping off a vehicle that was cutting off while idling on a Thursday, it took several days for them to give me a diagnosis of a bad fuel pump. After I approved for that to be replaced, they tell me now there is a problem with the fuel tank and that has to be replaced. The vehicle did not even last 150 miles before breaking down again. When I called, they took no responsibility and then told me that it would be nearly a week before they could look at it.

My family has taken a dozen vehicles to Tom in the last 10 years. He is the ONLY mechanic we trust. Tom has always taken care of us. The work is done quickly and correctly for a great price.

This is a great family run business. The Lillard family is part of this community. Tom has done work for multiple vehicles for our extended family and has always done a great job. We have had multiple engine and transmission replacements etc. etc.Which yes can sometimes take a while but – it is always done right. Compare that to Northern Virginia prices – then come back and have Tom do it.

Tom fixed a spark plug and A.C. in my car and it was ready by the end of My work shift the same day. He is very reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
