I recently ordered and subsequently purchased a Ford Truck from Tom's Truck Center in Santa Fe Springs. The experience was great from the time I ordered the vehicle until the time of delivery. Sales Manager Brad did a great job. He helped me through the order process to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and kept me updated through the entire process. I have been taking my trucks here for many years for oil changes and services. Danny always took care of me, but last week they did the oil change and returned my truck with the check engine light on!!! I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $2200.00 to check with the scanner to see what the issue was. It had a code for the turbo. This truck has never gave me issues someone did something, they lost a good customer. Moses.
