Welp, had my first ever fender bender in my glorious 18 year streak of driving with no accidents. I was super worried they wouldn’t be able to fix my truck since I drive a Toyota Xrunner. They definitely don’t make that model no more and some parts they just won’t be able to substitute. The whole driver side needed fixing and my truck was estimated to take up to 21 days. YIKES, ain't no one wanna drive a rental for that long?! I went in to get an estimate on Feb 25th. They called me when the parts came in and I dropped my truck off March 4th. Would you believe they got everything done in just 1 WEEK! Can you say amazing?! My truck looks brand new on the driver side now I gotta go get the other side color corrected LOL. Considering how many vehicles they receive in a day, repairs were very quick and efficient. Got my honda back a day early then the estimate date looking brand new as promised. Simon and staff were very friendly and informative!

Went to repair my passenger rear fender and bumper via insurance. Rental car was easy as the car was at the shop when I dropped off my car. The repair was for a week but they had to extend the repair because they were waiting on a part from the manufacturer. Progress follow up calls could’ve been more frequent instead on once a week but the folks were friendly, receptionist Kailyn, Shane and Henry! That’s what makes the repair timeframe enjoyable when you’re waiting. The work was quality, as my fender and bumper looked brand new! Would definitely recommend them!

Wow, they are seriously awesome.. they were patient and explained things about our car thoroughly. Caitlyn at the front desk was very kind and answered all my questions. Ana, the manager there took great care of me and explained everything patiently to make an informed decision. Thanks guys, will definitely recommend!

They were very good previously before and Now they have turned against me. I swear the Technicians who worked on my Vehicle switched out my Aluminum A/C Evaporator as it is now disfigured or damaged. It should look like it did from the Factory when I bought the Vehicle. Upon dealing with their Executive Office Staff, who made promises and broke them. They have now Blacklisted me from doing Business and calling their Executive Offices. Unbelievable, A Dealers Technicians that steal or switch out Parts. They had my Vehicle for 10 Working Days and Returned the Vehicle without my new Moldings and the Old ones are loose. They were forced to Blacklist me because they Stole Parts from me and I am certain they did. I am having difficulty finding another shop to replace the Moldings
