Tony Nissan Service Department

I was surprised at what good service and communication is possible, especially after dealing with other local dealerships for years. I would buy a Nissan all over again just for the good service at Tony.

Brought my truck in to have my battery tested (walk-in), and while they couldn’t duplicate the issue they offered to keep my truck over a long weekend for further troubleshooting and even put a note in my account authorizing a rental should the issue resurface. Keoki was super polite, they have a comfortable waiting area and even offered free pizza while I waited. I felt like a valued customer (and I didn’t even buy my truck there).

Highly recommend. Great service department team who took the time to research the warranty coverage on our vehicle which covered our cost fully. Also really appreciated the communication throughout the service time from Keoki. Thank you!

Keoki is outstanding! Best service at any Nissan dealership. He went above and beyond to get my problem resolved and fixed, which took approximately five months to complete. Due to dealing with the warranty company and diagnosing the problem and ordering parts, but he always kept me informed and up-to-date on what was going on.

I had an issue with my Nissan Leaf battery and am so grateful to Matthew and the rest of the Tony Nissan Service Department for running the necessary tests, obtaining approval for warranty coverage and making the replacement in about one month's time. Their service absolutely exceeded expectations, and I couldn't feel safer or happier with my Leaf again!
