I always come here ever since I got on island, super friendly staff and beautiful location. My service advisor is Robert Ramolete, he's always take care of me every time I have to service my vehicle, he's super professional and very knowledgeable. You obviously pay a bit more here, but you have the trust and and confidence that they do everything how it's supposed to be done on your vehicle, and everything they do is covered under warranty, and having that peace of mind has no price.

The staff is nice, I brought my Atlas there twice for its annual maintenance as it was included in my purchase of the vehicle, otherwise I do that stuff myself. Like I said the people are nice and helpful but the service itself takes way too long. If I had a lift in my garage I could get the work done in 45 min and I’m not a certified mechanic, it for some reason take them almost 3 hours and that’s when Im there with an appointment in the first available slot. So if you can drop off and pick it up later it’s fine but if you have to wait, it’s a big of a pain.

We just bought an Atlas at Tony Volkswagen and it was the best car buying experience we ever had!! Katie was the best salesperson - she was patient, honest, understanding, and not pushy at all.
