Customer Reviews
This establishment has very poor customer service. On my first visit, the employee responsible for inspections was not available, so I returned later the same day. When I finally received service, the employee was rude and unprofessional On top of that, I was incorrectly charged for a state inspection even though my vehicle was not due until November. I only requested a TNC inspection This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointingThe guy acted as if he was working for free, and his attitude was terrible—has faced like someone who’s been in a thousand accidents
This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I went to get an inspection, the guy who doesn’t wasn’t there. I went again on the same day. The guy who does inspections is so rude and disrespectful. He has no clue what customer is. He didn’t greet me or even say hello. I need to get an inspection done. Complete since, He looked so mad. He said we only take cash, I said that’s not in the website. He said to me “we haven’t uploaded that bullshit in years”. He said to me “there’s a small sign over there that you can’t see that says cash only, thats not my problem”.I told him I don’t have cash on me. He didn’t say a word, with his back to me he gave me the peace sign. I drove off. I don’t care if the inspection was free, this guy was so disrespectful and treated me like I was aggravating him. This
Came in recently and had a nasty interaction with one of the guys working. He was on the shorter side, but his attitude was anything but small – it was huge, and not in a good way. Just plain rude and acted like he owned the place. Kinda makes you not want to come back. Definitely needs a reality check.
He fixed the bead leak on my tire, grinding the rim and tire and using bead sealant. He's friendly and great at repairing cars, I plan to return.
Called this guy to fix my valve cover gasket. I bought the parts and asked him for labor cost. The guy started yelling at me on the phone like a kid. Saying "I will not give you cheap labor if I don't get the parts for you. Go to the dealer". Then he hung up. Very rude.
