I received a Md safety inspection service. Tool in hand did a wonderful job. Immediately walking through the door customer service was excellent. I called prior to make my appointment and that experience as well was very pleasant and outstanding! I was not rushed, my questions were answered thoroughly. Tool in hand is a trusted company in Maryland! The prices oh my , the cherry on top!!

Both times I've been there, they've done good work, been pleasant to work with, and their prices are reasonable. One thing I really like is that you can make an appointment at a specific time, and they actually look at your car and do the repairs right then and there. I needed something done, I had an appointment at 1 pm, and I was out with a completed repair by 3.

This is the best place you can possibly go. I sent my car there and they helped me find out that my transmission was under warranty and that I didn’t have to pay anything saved me thousands of dollars definitely recommend this place. Tim is awesome.

Always on point- 6 years ago. Today marks a day for a new review. I've been a client for 7 years. I have brought all of my company vehicles to them for a long time. They finally loved out of frederick to a much larger shop space north of frederick along interstate 15. These guys have always done me right and been honest with me. Today was a simple wobble diagnosis with a front brake change. In the past its been anything from inspections of newly purchased vehicles to open heart surgery. When you call you are usually greeted by Carroll. She is the sweetest lady in the world. Her husband runs the shop there with his team of mechanics. Now that they have moved north, I am recommending all of my contacts who live nearby to them. These guys are amazing.

These are the best mechanics around, for real. Prices are affordable and reasonable as car repair prices go and they are honest and hard working. I will always bring my cars to them because I trust them.
