Great dealership, staff were very professional and easy to talk to. They had the Mazda I was looking for; I test-drove it and really liked it. Unfortunately, I don’t have U.S. credit yet, and my Canadian credit doesn’t count, so the bank’s interest rate was higher than I was comfortable with. I’ll definitely come back once I build my U.S. credit history or have enough cash to buy outright. Overall, I recommend this place.

I bought a 2023 Ford Expedition a week ago and we love it. We had such a great experience when purchasing our vehicle. The sales crew was great and so down earth from the general manager to the salesman to the getting the paperwork done. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lincoln was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and got all my features set up for me before I left and showed me all about how to use them. Thank you for making buying my SUV so easy! :)

I was really disappointed in the way they handled dealings with my daughters car warranty. My daughters bought a car approximately 3 months ago and it's only been driven approximately less then 3500 miles. All 4 brakes and rotors was destroyed and they would not cover it. They definitely must not inspect there pre owed vehicles. There absolutely no way them just wore out that bad in under 3500 miles. SO BUYERS BEWARE IF PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM HERE. ALSO IT HAD A NEW STATE INSPECTION STICKER. THE STATE OF WV WILL LOVE SEEING THESE PICTURES OF FALSE INSPECTION.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I went in ready to have the typical car salesman experience and was wonderfully surprised when Lincoln was very straightforward about everything. He never tried to upsell me, answered all my questions and was incredibly patient with my stupid ones. Everything went so smoothly and was so much easier than expected.
