Excellent experience with Fadi and Sam. They fixed My daughter’s car, it had a transfer case noise, they replaced it with all necessary seals from Lexes dealer I paid $0 because I have a full warranty parts and labour. Brakes rotors and oil change, inspection done great price for service in one day. Friendly, professional guys, I’m super happy, I will definitely return for my next vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Top Auto and Sam. I don’t live near there. My car broke down nearby and these guys helped me on a Saturday late afternoon, despite it being totally inconvenient to them. Originally thought it was something small but it ended up needing a new engine. They went so far out of their way to defend me to the warranty company and advocate for me. Sam has been the best administrator of any mechanic I’ve ever dealt with and the nicest person. Due to the circumstance, I’ve basically had to talk to Sam on a daily basis for the last two weeks. He Is always super nice, super knowledgeable, super helpful. I’ve thanked him 100 times already, but it’s worth noting, places like this are rare. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my regular mechanic. Highly

Sam and his team were extremely helpful, professional, and most of all, patient with me, as I came into the buying from a used car dealership experience kind of blind. It was my first time. I had an old vehicle that was a little too far gone, with more miles on it than I was comfortable with, so off to top auto I went, after deciding I would be getting a wrangler. I stopped in to look, and didn't see "the one." The next day, my daughter and I returned. We both got out of the vehicle, and pointed at exactly the same time, saying that's the one! A beautiful, white, 2014 altitude. It was smack dab in the middle of a detail. I walked in to the office, anxious that it would be sold by the time I got out, Sam immediately got me ready for a test drive, settling into the leather seats, I was home.

Special thanks to Samer and Rich. These guys are really exceptional. They made the installation of my winch and other accessories look incredibly well done. They made everything look like it was factory. The team at top auto center are top notch! Communication was perfect and all questions I had were answered. I highly recommend them for any aftermarket / oem installations!

Great place to get everything you need done. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Went in to get new wheels and tires put on. While there they also made me aware of other services that were needing to be addressed. Will definitely go back!
