Extremely Frustrating & Poor Communication If you value your time, avoid Top Auto in Floresville. I was given incorrect information over the phone not once, but twice — which caused me to make two unnecessary trips to this shop. Today I specifically called ahead to confirm inspection hours and was clearly told I needed to be there by 1:00 PM. The shop closes at 2:00 PM, so I made sure to arrive at 12:40 PM, well within the timeframe they gave me. After arriving, the inspector informed me he “had something to do” and couldn’t perform the inspection. This was my second wasted trip due to misinformation from their staff. There appears to be a serious lack of communication and accountability. If the inspector has limited availability, customers should be told accurate cut-off times. Inste

Pretty good shop. They do well! The only thing I would recommend is to update your hours of operation on Google because I came there around 4:45 p.m. and y'all said y'all are closed but Google says y'all close at 5:00 p.m.

I love the staff at Top Auto the are nice and friendly. I never have to come and get the same think fixed twice unless it just routine work. I recommend what's them to anyone

Seriously. Don’t even consider another shop. These people are honest and efficient. I’ve been with them for a decade and a half with two very different vehicles and have never had any complaints.

I will never recommend anyone to take their car to this shop.Song the owner is dishonest and their labor and part prices is excessive I came to the shop for diagnostic and quote on repairs,the experience was one i never had at any other shops in the past.I will seek out other shops before i give this place of business a dollar,shady business tatics is not good customer service.
