thank you to Jamil & Will they were both excellent and true to they words they were patient , honest , and really worked hard to help me through the process I truly appreciate all the effort they put in to make smooth and stress free .

My son was buying his first car and came to Top Class Auto because he had colleagues who had good things to day. Although Jamal tries to "help out" and "work with you", unfortunately in our case my son ended up being totally confused and was allowed to drive off the lot with a car that he thought was his - but hadn't been finalized. When there were issues with the financing, Jamal became unreachable, wouldn't answer or return calls, promised to send paperwork that never came and eventually repossed the car. Then he refused to refund the full $1000 down payment, saying they needed to keep $700 for their inconvenience. All the agreements were done verbally "man to man" (as Jamal put it) but when there were misunderstandings, Top Class just got to walk away with my son's money. STAY A
