Financed my daughter a car, was happy at first. The manager is very pleasant and i really liked her and i still do butttttt. I purchased a vehicle from here and the A/C need fixed before we picked it up. I was ok with that because i needed time to pay the downpayment. I finally picked the car up and it preformed well for about a month. The A arm broke while my daughter was driving it. I didn’t bother the dealer with it, I fixed it. Immediately after that, the A/C goes out AGAIN and i call the dealer this time and she advises me that i didn’t purchase extended warranty so they couldn’t do anything to help. I fixed that problem. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My son purchased a 2016 Ford F150. He did not have it for three months. The first month the catalytic converter messed up so he took it back to them. They claimed they put a new one on and charged him 750 to put it on but he only paid 300. They claimed it was new, but when he had it checked from a different mechanic, they stated that it’s not new they only poked holes in it. The next month the alternator went out. He had that fixed now it’s having electrical issues. The truck turned off in the middle of the highway and won’t stay charged. Marissa took advantage of an 18 year old that just graduated high school stating there is nothing they can do to solve the issue then hung up in his ear.
