I don't post a lot of reviews but these guys really deserve a big shout out. After my Subaru bumper got pulled halfway off in a minor fender bender, I called Top Gun to schedule a repair estimate. Janaye was very helpful over the phone and squeezed me in quickly (despite how busy they were over Christmas week). The estimate was more than fair, so I gave them the go-ahead. Imagine my surprise this morning when I picked up my Subaru- which looked as good as new by the way- and they refused payment! They said it was a simple repair, and they wanted to be helpful, so: no charge. I tried to insist-- I really did!-- but Janaye and her dad would take no money for the really excellent work they did on my car. All I can say is Top Gun has earned a customer for life. At Top Gun Collision I had a great experience! I got t boned on my 2004 Chevy Silverado. It looked horrible smashed. It was embarrassing to drive on the road.Now you can't even tell anything happened to it!!! They gave me a time frame and they were on point with the timing also!!!They also gave me a price right away before they got started Which I was more than happy with!!! I am very Happy with the job they did for me!!! And to have met these people at Top Gun Collision!!! Thank you!!! And the price that was Wonderful!!! I was very grateful !!! I took my 2020 Genesis G80 in for repairs to some damage to the front left undercarriage. Raul indicated that he expected the work to be completed in 5- 8 business days. I dropped it off at 8:30 am on July 11, 2022. We contacted Raul on July 19th and he said that he was still waiting for a part but the car was roadworthy and we could pick it up and return for the 2 hour installation of the missing part when it arrived. Up to this point, Raul and his crew eared a solid 5 stars. We requested that he contact us when the part arrived and he agreed.
