Top Notch Auto RVA

This shop is by far the best shop in the Richmond area. I have been brining my cars to these guys for the last year and always receive great service. Matt and Loki are knowledgeable and reliable. They also work on it all. They have done a few performance upgrades on my BMW but have also worked on my GMC AT4 and Honda accord. Whenever someone asks me to recommend a shop they are the only name that I mention.

I've been bringing my M440i and 328i to this shop for a while now, and they consistently do an outstanding job. Their team is professional, honest, and truly knows their stuff. I especially want to commend Matt & Loki. They have been fantastic every time. They make the service process easy, clearly explain the work needed, and ensure my cars are running perfectly.

So, I had this little mishap where the bottom protective cover on my car basically came loose and started dragging on the ground. Not the best surprise, but luckily I found Top Notch Auto RVA just around the corner. I drove over there in the morning, dropped it off, and honestly, they had me back on the road by that same evening. It was only about eight hours later and they’d already fixed everything, plus they took care of a little filter repair and timing chain on top of it. The price was great and the service was super friendly. Huge shout-out to Matt over there—he was fantastic, really made the whole experience easy and made sure I got a fair deal. Honestly, I’m definitely going back there if I ever need car repairs again. They’ve got a new loyal customer for sure!
