I was making payments I went on vacation and told him I was going to be late on a couple payments they were cool with it I started catching up payments on it still technically behind but it wasn't that bad I don't know how she was putting the money on the car but apparently all the extra money I was putting on it didn't count or something I was at work and when I walked outside to put something in my car my car was gone Carter hey did y'all can pick up the car yes your blah blah behind. Absolutely amazing service. Mickey and Tim are the reason I will buy more cars from top notch. They sell quality cars and I have not had 1 single issue with my trailblazer. Definitely recommend 10/10

I do feel bad for those who had a bad experience with them, I’ve gotten 2 cars from them, one got totaled in An accident and Mikey and her Husband got me right in a new one once my insurance covered it I was short on the down payment and they worked with me. I feel like people get bitter and make bad reviews once they get their car repoed but honestly if you show them that you are trying and keep in contact with them they are very good people to deal with. I will always recommend them!

Horrible people. My wife bought that silver Chrysler 6 years ago and towed it right back after it wouldn't start on her she got a new car forgot about it. 6 years later after we vout a house 2 cars now out of nowhere the garnish my wife's entire bank account where I keep all my money as well because we do online banking. We both came from nothing now we have no money to pay for literally anything . Not food not bills nothing. We will loose our house our cars and we are definitely loosing our marriage. I hope one day they get what they deserve. Horrible people. Do not do business with them ever.

Absolute worst. Had to pay a huge down payment that I paid in cash for a Ford Transit Connect. Once I got the vehicle, the transmission failed before I made my first, actual payment. When I confronted them they said it was fine when I drove off the lot. Found out from the front desk lady that the car had been returned 4 times before I had bought it. After that, all of my cooling system failed. Hoses kept bursting and the radiator failed. I turned it over in a bankruptcy. That was in 2022. It is almost 2025 and it still sits on the Santa Fe lot. Don't buy it. They are cons and sell lemons
