Sharing my experience with the lift kit installation on my truck. Communication was difficult from the beginning. The initial phone interaction felt short and unprofessional, which set the tone for the overall experience. After the lift kit was installed, I immediately noticed looseness in the steering, followed by a significant alignment issue and persistent clunking and popping noises from the front suspension. I contacted the shop and was advised to bring the truck back for inspection. When I picked it up the second time, the steering wheel alignment had been adjusted, but the suspension noise remained. Was recommended Top Knotch for lifting my truck and couldn't be happier with the result and the experience! This team was amazing to work with from the girls at the front to the shop crew, it was an overall great experience. They handled ordering the lift, wheels, and tires, answered any questions along the way, and did an amazing job on the install! So stoked!! Thanks to the whole crew for hooking it up!

Im giving them 1 star based on the customer service I had. Whoever picks up the phone to answer customer questions or inquiries should be fired or replaced(its a guy). First of all, you sound lazy and grumpy and miserable as hell answering the phone. If you don’t like your job just say that! Go tell your boss to put you somewhere else but it for sure shouldnt be on customer service. I asked if they carried a certain part and he rudely answers “Nope not us we dont have that, we don’t plan to carry it”. Then i checked their website a few days later and then i see the part i was looking for. Unprofessional customer service whoever picks up on their main office. The warehouse guys are a lot more professional when asking questions. That clown should take a few notes from them.

I've never sent my truck for repairs here cause I do all my own work, but they are very helpful and always stock the parts I need and are good about ordering whatever they don't have in stock.
