They were very responsive with questions that I had. When I had the rear brakes replaced on my 2022 Subaru Outback they inspected the front breaks for free and honestly told me that they did not need replacing. Drop off and pick up was very easy. On top of all of that, they were more affordable than anywhere else I looked.

Honest, fairly-priced, and super nice folks. The building is modest, and the signage is understated. Not only are you NOT paying for TV ads or any of that, you're not paying for an overly-fancy waiting room or anything else. They have services (and occasionally had to fix) our Toyota and Subaru many times over the years. Oil changes, preventive maintenance, milestone services, brakes, a couple little things like light bulbs and so on. Always done same day, always for a lower cost than other places quote. Very happy to have found my permanent mechanic.

As a woman, sometime I feel like automotive shops take advantage of me by charging me more for services. I needed to get fluid change on my Volkswagen Golf. My husband is really into cars and said he would help me out, but also wanted me to learn. I didn’t know where to go so I first went to the dealer. The quote for AWD service was $212 plus tax and fees. It is called the haldex service. My husband told me that dealerships are not always the best option. He said taught me that for VW they usually just drain and fill not clean the pump screen. I wanted another quote so I searched for european automotive shops and found Conaway. My car was towed into their unsecured lot for a diagnostic. No issues, they replaced the battery and changed the oil, but it all went south from there. The Lot is completely unsecured and at some point overnight, the vehicle next to mine was stolen. In the process of the theft my family van was severely damaged. The next morning I called to check in and was told about the incident. The way they chose to handle this situation is beyond all comprehension. I still haven't received a copy of the police report though I was handed a post it note with a incident report number on it. I asked what their plan was for my vehicle.
