We purchased a BMW just before the New Year 22 - may I say that we had the smoothest car buying experience that you can think of. 10 out of 10 for Jeff and his team, such an effective team. Great customer service indeed - I would not hesitate to highly recommend Torch Light Motors if you are on the market for a new car. Honest review here . Be very very very CAREFUL when buying from Jeff. He is a very stern and stoic man. I have purchased several vehicles from him through out the years but they all needed repairs within a month after ownership. I wouldn’t say his lot is filled with lemons but they are vehicles that need work. He will do a great job of making it look showroom ready but it’ll drive like spongebob was the previous owner lol If you buy a vehicle from this place PLEASE have an extra 1k aside for repairs after purchase because the car WILL break down and need repairs . Wait make that 2k lol

I bought a car from this dealership and was pushed by Jeff at Torch Light to buy additional insurance that turned out to be completely useless. When I needed a tow, I was told it wasn’t covered in my “zone,” even though I live 9 miles from the dealership. The car has 120,000 miles, and the extra coverage didn’t cover anything when it mattered. Two months after purchase, the engine burned out. They installed a used engine, and their mechanic forgot to put oil in it. I drove from Old Bridge to Hackensack and back with the oil light on and was told it would shut off if there was a problem. It didn’t — because there was no oil. Extremely misleading, reckless, and unethical. Do serious research before buying here.

I purchased a $22k+ truck with 139k miles from here from over 1500 miles away so trusted Jeff when he did a walk around for me and said it had original paint, (which the driver side front fender doesn’t), and it wasn’t in an accident. Which it did have a clean Carfax but we all know how accurate those can be. When I flew there and first opened the drivers door, the door popped loudly bc it contacted the front fender. Jeff must have been deaf to not hear it because to anyone else, you could NOT not hear it. Also the back carpet had bleach or something all over it because the mat and the carpet underneath is bleached and of course he didn’t see that either when I called asking about the condition because he said the inside was mint. I still hoped and trusted the truck was still looked over m

I am extremely please with Torch Light and Jeff. Jeff was very helpful with the out of state purchase and financing of my C30. I have been looking for this exact C30 for a few years and finally found it on Jeff’s lot. He was very accommodating helping me purchase the vehicle out of state. The car is an absolute blast to drive and is in the exact condition Jeff told me it was. I drove it from NJ to central PA with no issues whatsoever and it passed PA safety inspection with no issues at all. I am beyond pleased with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Volvo.
