I needed a tow today and my insurance suggested Diamond Towing and I used the link that was sent to me BIG MISTAKE!!! They were rude and wanted to tow me to one of the few places suggested not where I wanted to go! The dispatch lady said she doesn’t read the notes (where I posted delivery address) after she told me someone would be there in about 3 hours ( I had already waited an hour) I said an they do better she said no then hung up on me!! It was the best thing that could have happened because I spoke to I believe Allie sweetest person ever at TORCH Towing and she sent Christian to help me They were friendly, helpful, and right on time. Alie was even apologetic about the service I had received from another company and Christian had me get in the truck for AC while he hooked up the car!
Super fast, excellent communication, really good guys. Thank you!
