Tornatta Tire East

After years of fully supporting a locally owned and operated business I am finally done with this place. I've noticed a decline in customer service lately but after what they did to me today is unacceptable. I schedule an appointment to have tires put on "super simple job for a tire shop". After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour they very rudely tell me that they cant put tires on my truck because they dont have a hex key "Allen wrench" in their entire shop to take my hub cap off. Said there was nothing they could do and sent me out the door. I very quickly realize that they had the hex key and they just carelessly stripped out the bolts that was holding on my hub cap. I call them out and they deny it and refuse to make it right. I took off work to make this appointment to sup

This place is the BEST tire place in Evansville. Would recommend it to everyone. I'll never go anywhere else for tire service. Great prices. Exceptional service. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

I was on my way back from an appointment for my parents and a low tire alert popped up. I was close to Tornatta Tire on Morgan so I stopped and asked if I could get some air in the low tire. Within 5 minutes a gentleman was putting air in my tire and went the extra step to check all my tires and fill them as well. This is excellent customer service and I will definitely go back when I need tires.

Only $60 synthetic oil change you cant beat it. Was in and out fast. Very friendly
