I’ve been bringing my cars to Torrance Tires and Auto Care forever. They took great care of my old Honda Civic and now they handle my Jeep Wrangler too. Alex and Carlos are just awesome. This time, they swapped out my plastic bumper for a steel one, and it was a bit of a wiring adventure, but they handled it like it was no big deal. Plus, I actually got a quote from another shop before I came here, and Torrance Tires gave me a price that was literally a quarter of what the other place wanted to charge. Their prices are honestly unbeatable. So yeah, if you need anything done, these guys are the real deal.

Was having some steering issues with our vehicle assuming it was in need of an alignment or wheel balance. Carlos answered my early phone call and right away showed genuine concern for the vehicle. He was fully booked that day but told me to simply drop it off the following morning and they would take a look at it. Later that day he confirmed the problem was deeper than an alignment and provided some helpful information and tips to share with the dealer. Unfortunately it’s a costly repair and tbd on how to repair. But Carlos and staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend their services. Great, honest, and reliable mechanic are hard to come by and I appreciate his honesty.

So I own an Infiniti G35 from 2006. I needed an alignment but I was aware how bad my entire suspension was. (For reference my suspension is the original factory, that's 19 years of wear) I came in blind and decided to give this place a shot. I didn't want to go to a dealership or chain shop. There weren't many shops that could help me at all. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS SHOP. Alex, Carlos and their entire team took care of my car and I. Kept me updated, worked with me on parts/labor and we're just exceptional people to do business with. I just picked up my car and they informed me they wanted to do their absolute best to get the car back to me same day and they delivered and exceeded standards. :)) I would not have minded the delay cause I knew I could trust them. I was looking to get an alignment done and out of all the places I called in Torrance, (about 5) this was the only one who answered very nicely. Every other place were rude. The "guy" (sorry forgot the name) was very attentive and patient to my questions. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and I was explained the process for the alignment. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was given the good news! My car didn't need the alignment. He explained to me that just because I had gotten new tires did not mean I needed an alignment as recommended by America's tires. (No offense) I was glad that the owner(s) are honest and they didn't take advantage just because I am a woman. Thank you so much! I'll definitely return when I need it. 😌

Had my car dropped off at Torrance Tires & Auto Care after having flat tires. They were able to change all 4 tires within a couple hours and provided me excellent communication about the tire options. I am really happy with the service, thank you so much!
