Wow - what a fantastic place! We are So Grateful for the help we found here today. We were driving north and not sure if our car’s alignment was way off - or if it was just ice on the roads?? So we stopped to ask. Everyone was incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable, and so helpful. They were honest and let us know that - after a good test drive - it *was* just the roads - but they still took extra time to help get snow off the tires - above and beyond. What a great place to stop - the waiting room was perfect for the kids as well :) thank you so much for your help today - we know where to go from here on out if we need it.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. The dealership in Forest Lake, which handles all of my maintenance, informed me that the transmission was bad and required a full replacement. However, your team took the time to inspect the vehicle, identified the actual problem, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your honesty and for providing such great service.

Got stuck in some bad weather on way back home and took our truck into a ditch. Took it in to total auto care and they diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work as fast as possible. Thanks to their quick and amazing work we made it back home that same day. 100% recommend

Took my truck to get the heat fixed and got quoted $1200.. thinking they'd do more than exchange the actuator and find the actual problem, I let them work on it. Got a call that it was all fixed and the heat was working but upon picking up the truck and letting the heat run for 20 mins it was still ice cold. Went back the following day and instead of going in to find the problem and diagnosing it, I was told that I would have to pay $400 more for a radiator flush. Now knowing that this place was bad business, I decided to have my mechanic friend do the flush instead which took less than an hour. He had also previously replaced the actuator and that took only 20 minutes. It still did not fix my heat so if I would've let them do it I would be out $1600+ and nothing done on my truck. The craz
