Overall a great mechanic shop, can get pricey so have your money together. My car cut off while driving about 9am. I found them on google(they had overall great reviews). They got a tow for me(costs $150), and provided complimentary Ubers home and back to pick up your car. They diagnosed and fixed my car all in the same day. I picked my car up about 5pm. The establishment is clean, organized, and well kept. Nolen and Chris were pleasant and of great help. Adam worked on my car and did a great job repairing it.. my car runs smooth again with no cutting off while driving. I had a stuck valve causing my idle to run high amongst other issues. I watched them assist other customers and provide honest feedback with their cars(one person’s repair was quoted about $80 the other person’s was about

They diagnosed our car problem in a day and then sent for the parts and had it fixed the next day. They are very transparent, kept me informed about each step along with the price of labor and parts. We had been quoted a price of $8,000 for a new transmission at a dealership. Total Automotive diagnosed a completely different problem, which was the correct diagnosis for MUCH less. They had a free shuttle to pick me up when my car was done. Everyone was great

These folks are very reliable and provided me with honest friendly professional service consistently. They always pick up the phone right away and usually have an appointment readily available. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a new or used vehicle. Oh, and they were the best price on tires around.
