Very fair pricing and recommended some preventative maintenance I already knew about so I knew they weren’t just trying to get more money out of me. Excellent business with honest and reliable service personnel. Rob the service advisor is great and doesn't mind explaining in layman's terms the complexities of mechanical work and he really seems to go above and beyond to offer superb customer service. No one likes getting mechanic work done on their vehicle but at least I know I will be treated politely and with dignity here. This wonderful shop also offers Military Discount which is greatly appreciated and they usually beat out Mini of Charleston price-wise by hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend using this shop for service work needed on your Mini or BMW. You will not be disappointed :)

UPDATE Jan 2026: Still one of the very few BMW shops I genuinely trust. I was back again for leaky coolant hoses (a common BMW issue) and a few minor items. Rob and the team at Total Mini & BMW Services once again impressed me. I’m not overly technical, but I do read BMW forums and try to stay informed, and it’s clear they really know these cars inside and out. They are also very professional, organized and fair. Rob kept me well informed throughout the process—from the initial call and drop-off to next steps and follow-ups—so there were no surprises. They’ll even help you save money by recommending reliable alternatives to OEM parts when it makes sense.
