Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I worked with Daniel and Renee at Total Senior and they were both fantastic. Navigating the process of finding senior care is so challenging - and even more so for me since I live on the east coast and am finding care for west coast relatives. Daniel generously listened to my questions and concerns and provided two locations and contact people for me to visit. Renee provided constant follow up and emotional support. I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for all the help Julie at Total Senior has provided. When my father-in-law's health declined, I found myself in a tough situation, needing to move him closer to us. Julie stepped in and, within just two weeks, found a place within our budget. We were under a lot of time pressure, as he was in another state, and we needed to bring him closer quickly. Daniel is fantastic. He knows the San Fernando Valley and elderly/memory care resources in the area very well and is well known and trusted within the community. He also has tons of resources and was able to not only provide a great home option for my loved one, but also home health companies that could provide additional health/care services for my parent at her new assisted living facility. Daniel listened to my mom's history without judgement, my complaints about previous homes, and my long list of "must haves" for my parent's placement.
