I can’t recommend Valley Towing enough! Got there Fast! And right up to the house on a winding road easily. He got the car started - jumped the battery. Even tried to talk me out of the tow. Honest, Good people. The professionalism is unmatched - so rare these days that I was taken aback. An experience that left me pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them to anyone I know & I will definitely use them and only them when I move back out to Studio City. Charlie is the absolute BEST! I had an amazing experience with Valley Towing! I was stuck in a really bad situation with a flat tire, and my roadside assistance quoted me a 2-hour wait. I decided to call Valley Towing instead, and I’m so glad I did. Charlie came to help me so quickly and handled everything in such a timely, professional manner. His service was honestly a lifesaver. I even grabbed his card because I plan on sharing it with all my friends. Great professional service, great prices, and overall the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Valley Towing!
I highly recommend! Charlie is a kind and trustworthy professional. Plus the wait time was less than his competitors. The overall experience was positive and what a relief when your car is taken care of right away with a reputable business.
THEY ARE FAST!! Car wasn’t drivable after hitting a boulder in the middle of the road, and called valley towing, they came so quickly (said 25 mins and actually came in 25 mins) got the car loaded up quickly, delivered and off the truck just as fast. Charlie was really nice as well. Will definitely be saving their number in case I need them again!
Charlie was super professional, punctual and just amazing!! My Tesla would not power on; nothing was working. He managed to get my car onto his truck without going on neutral and the car was paralleled parked too. It was definitely lots of work for him, but he did it!!! He was able to get my car to the nearest Tesla service. Impeccable job!!!
