Total Tire and Auto Care of Statesboro

This place is an absolute joke. I had my vehicle towed in they called me to tell me it was fixed I picked it up from the shop drove it down the road had to have it towed again doing the same thing. Van was never moved when I picked it up from where the tow truck driver dropped it off not sure it was even looked at. They said that they would give a refund on what they charged. I know the vehicle was never moved because the tow truck driver tracks was still in front of the vehicle not Disturbed at all. At last I looked at it from the parking lot. Very irritating place to work with. Arriving this review sitting in a parking lot stranded with no way to go and having to wait hours on a tow truck after this place had it in their hands to fix.

Total Tire just replaced the engine in an Escalade. I drove it to Hilton Head the same day. Not a single problem. I’ve used this place for several years because they’re honest and extremely friendly. I consider everyone there friends now.

Whenever I get a flat tire, Total Tire is my go-to. They always get me in and out fast without cutting corners. Whether I need a quick patch or a whole new tire, the work is solid and dependable every time. Can’t recommend them enough if you need quick, quality service!
