Tour America was great! If I could give 10 stars I would! Tour American RV exceeded our expectations in repairing the roof damage on our RV. Their team was courteous, highly reasonable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Vicky, in particular, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and extensive industry knowledge. She goes above and beyond, conducting thorough research to ensure every issue is resolved. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and highly recommend their services.

We are not ones to review anyone but we felt it was worth mentioning. We were desperate with issues we were having with our RV. Took it to several places and no one could figure out what the problem was. Tour America became our last hope and to our delight they immediately started to check out all the possibilities of what could be the root cause of the problems we were having. Much to our surprise they were able to figure out the problem and solved it! We are so grateful for their dedication, service, reliability and honesty. I can assure you they could have charged us a great deal more for the repair but they were very conscientious and fair with their pricing. We will continue to bring our RV to them for anything else that may arise that may require their expertise in the future.

Took in my class A for slide out repairs. Mechanic very knowledgeable with hydraulics. Got the problem fixed and was able to go on our family vacation. Thank you Tour America.

AMAZING!! First took my RV here in 2015. I don't live in Miami now but take my rig there because I trust them. They do great work and take time to understand your needs, timeline, and budget. Repairs are done and you will have confidence when you drive away that things were fixed right. Just got back from a road trip that saw my coach have ZERO issues and it was because they not only fixed things but found other items that they recommended by fixed as well.

Without doubt the worst experience I’ve had purchasing anything on this planet. Let’s begin by saying there is no clarity when dealing with these individuals. Vicky Pino (who is the owner) is your typical Miami scam artist. They had our RV for over 5 months claiming to know what they were doing and at the end could not fix the electrical issue. Miraculously they did fix my fridge and maintenance the generator which they charged an exorbitant amount and it took 5 months. they tried to charge a storage fee of $65 a day because we did not pick it up during a holiday week. I would recommend finding someone else to maintenance your RV. These people have been around for awhile but only because they scam the little customers they get, they have to make each person count because rightfully so they
