Tow Masters & Recovery

Fast: I only waited a few minutes for the tow truck to show up. He got there and loaded up in about 10 minutes. Had a small issue so I got in touch with the owner. He told me not to worry we will get it all figured out. We did get everything figured out as he was willing to pay for what ever he needed to. Everything is back in order now and I didn't have to pay anything. The owner was very helpful and honest. I would recommend using them for towing.

We needed a flat bed to transport a 1947 Cadillac. This was the first place we called and they arrived within 20 minutes. Giovanni was very pleasant on the phone and Adrian (the driver) was very good at getting the car to our home quickly and safely. We are very satisfied with the customer service, and response time. It took less than hour from pick up to drop off. We will definitely be calling them back soon for another old vehicle to transport. My old girl broke down in the middle of the road, blocking traffic (which was very embarrassing and stressful for me), but Giovanni was super helpful and kind and very upbeat about having to tow my car. He was very skilled in getting it onto to the tow bed from a VERY awkward and hard-to-get-at angle when I had to have it pushed into a nearby convenient store parking lot and he did so without any hitches (pun intended 😜). My day was going VERY wrong in every possible way, but Giovanni's positive and upbeat attitude made my day much better. I'll definitely be using this towing service again if ever I need to have my car towed again

I had called several tow companies before I came across tow masters and I thank God I found them. I spoke to Adrian and he was awesome he came and towed our car and took us to where we needed to go. I never post reviews for anything but this was by far the worst service I have ever had. I've had my car towed 3 times in my life and this is truly a nightmare experience. I was told it would be an hour and it was 2 hours. When the driver arrived he didn't seem to know how to work the tow rig. I told this to the dispatcher and he stated that the driver didn't typically work that vehicle and that he knew what he was doing but it took another 15 minutes for him to rig up my vehicle. And after all that they just offered a 10% discount.
