Tow World Towing

When I called and asked for the quote of how much it would cost to tow my vehicle less than a mile away . He said it was $150 + mileage but when the tow guy filled out the bill around $400. I said why so much he said normally he would charge both round but he only charged me 15 miles for going there . For other people out there please make sure to clarify Quote before giving green light .

Amazing service! Prompt and professional. I had a excellent experience with the service provided, he pulled up hitched up my truck. Towed it away in a matter of minutes with no complications. Once we arrived to the destination he off loaded it as delicate as if it was his own vehicle. Then i paid for the service in seconds. I would 100% recommend this towing service and if my truck brakes down again (hope not) i will be calling the professionals at tow world towing.

Great guy, but got ripped off. $490 for 15 miles is insane. I was in hurry, so did not ask for the quote. Don't make mistake like i did unless you want to pay huge fees. As a business , i would definitely let the customer know the cost assiciated with it over the phone , so customers are aware. I see couple of recent customers also have similar experience.

Everything went well until it was time to pay for the service. He charged me for twice the amount of mileage of the trip! When I asked about it, he said it was because he had to drive to my car from his shop! Insane. He never mentioned over the phone that that would be an expense. Then, he added a $30 fee to use my card for payment. The service was fast and safe but I feel like I got ripped off. I told him it was unfair and he just shrugged his shoulders and replied, “sorry.”
