Town & Country was very nice fix my car to the right way it was supposed to be. We recommend town and congee to anyone. They do a great job very pleasant. Two sisters that took care of me were very personal and very good at their jobs. The two sisters made me very comfortable and that made me happy from beginning to end.

I went here at the direction of my insurance company and I am disappointed in the quality of the repair done on my daughter’s car. The paint match and quality is OK but the panel fitment is not, maybe because of the aftermarket fender that was used. My bigger issue is loose trim pieces because they didn’t reinstall them correctly. I just had to remount the headlight trim and the lower body cladding on the door with double side tape because they were literally hanging off the vehicle. There were two missing nuts on the door cladding which is probably why the tape wasn’t holding. The grill is also flapping in the breeze on one side because the mounting tab it attaches to on the right headlight is broken off from the accident. Someone backed into my 2022 BMW 330i M Sport & damaged both driver side doors. From the first phone call to Town and County Auto Body to the day my vehicle repair was complete I couldn't be more pleased. Margarita was always pleasant and quick to respond to my phone calls or emails. The day my car was towed in, Dave spoke with me and reassured me that everything would be taken care of and I wouldn't have to worry. He was right! And, although I didn't personally meet the crew that worked on my car, they did an amazing job making it brand new again. Thank you Town and County!

I am so grateful for the recommendation to this repair shop!!! The staff were always so friendly. This process is stressful already so their kindness and thorough explanations were very helpful. I also appreciated the status update text messages that came when my car moved through each step of the process and the follow up calls. The shop is Nissan certified (amongst other brands) which made me feel good about the parts they used. They worked with my insurance and the rental car staff to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. My car came out better than ever — and it’s running smoothly! I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them.
