Town Fair Tire

The crew at the Auburn ME location is fabulous. I had a valve failure and took my car in yesterday. They were fantastic and treated me with so much kindness, respect, and patience. They were also short staffed and still provided excellent service. They told me I would have to wait til morning (not leave my key) because of their day but called close to closing and asked me to bring the keys back because they had time to fix it. I appreciate their accountability. They are easy to communicate and do business with. I hope the shop owner treats them good because they are keepers. Thanks guys!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel at the auburn location. What a wonderful human he is. They’re so lucky to have him. He addressed all my needs with care and genuine concern. He really made my day. Give him a raise or at least a hi5! Thank you Dan!

My girlfriend got tires here and the road hazard warranty, was so helpful when we got a flat earlier this year. I needed new snow tires for my car so I walked in, had a guy help me find the right size tires for my car and order them to be delivered to the store, and the appointment only took a couple of hours when I went back which was great. 10/10 these guys are good, would buy tires here any time.

Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose my TPMS issue. My car is old and unfortunately needed to replace 3 sensors. Town Fair had replaced one a little over a year ago and I was very satisfied with their service. Daniel has a great sense of humor and is very customer service focus. Give him a raise Town Fair! Kevin notified me when my car was ready for pick-up and he was equally nice as well. If you ever have any TPMS issues, make your way to Town Fair Auto. The price was reasonable and they’ll treat you right.

Made an appointment for four new studded tires and an alignment. Got an appointment 1.5 wks away. Show up on time for my appointment and they only have two of my tires in stock and not studded. They didnt have the price match we already processed prior to appointment, do they had to redo it and it was $20 higher then told on the phone but whatever. They give me a new appointment and I pay for the tires to be studded before leaving as they said this would cut my wait time in half as the tires would be studded before my arrival. Arrive to my second appointment early and im informed the tires have not been studded yet so my wait time will be about 1hr 45 mins. Two hours go by and I ask what is going on. Im informed another 45mins as they only have to tires on the car this far and still ne
