Town Fair Tire

Excellent service! Made an appointment this morning for 11am and was out and on my way at 11:45. Had a slow leak and first shop I went to said I needed a new tire because the rim had come off the wheel so came to town fair tire and they took great care of me. Jeramie was super helpful at intake. Took a look at my tire and noted it might be possible to be rebeaded and that would save expense on a new tire. He was right!! He also noted that in the event I did need a new tire I was under warranty so would not have to pay for the tire. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. Really great customer and service. They could have sold me a new tire and I would have been none the wiser. I know the basics but rely on these guys to be straight with me as I don’t know why I don’t know—and truly app

I needed my tire sensor light fixed and Eddy explained he was short staffed so I made an appointment for the next morning. I was taken right away and Eddy shown so much kindness and said it was on him. I am beyond shocked and in so much disbelief at his generosity! I will highly recommend this business and am beyond grateful.

Being a first responder and having to be at the hospital during the storm was a nightmare, but Jerry had the shop open even one staff wasn’t able to get here. He was the only one, but he gave me somewhere to sit from my overnight shift to rest and be safe until someone arrived. I was able to get my four tires on and will return for an alignment on a later date. Truly, it’s staff like him that go above and beyond to make the business work in times of need. I know I have to be in the hospital to care for others, but Jerry did his best to be able to help me help others. Thank you so very much to Jerry and the rest of the staff that came in through that horrible storm to make this happen. I am forever grateful.

Larry did a great job setting me up with 4 new tires. My car was ready for me about an hour after they opened after dropping it off the evening before. I appreciated the quick work, excellent price on the tires, and guarantees on everything. Way better than my dealership!

This is a great place strongly. Recommend for everybody who needs a tire repair. Especially Eddy , he was very professional. Very kind respectful. There was a little confusion with my tire repair little issue. But Eddy took care of it. He solved all the problem and I'm very happy. Thank you,
