They greeted me when I first walked in which was nice, drop off was a breeze. The issue I had was after pick up I noticed my tires were not studded. I went back in to ask about it, the tech look at me and said that I never paid for them to be studded. I showed the invoice they gave a the receipt from the online order both said that I had paid for the studding. He asked me why do you needed them studded as if it’s his concern; that their customers normally tell them that they want tires studded and I should have told him during drop off about it. He was unable to fit me in for a same day fix, instead had me come back a whole week later to have them stud the tires. I came back the next week to have them take care of the tires.
