Town Fair Tire

We had a perfect experience at Town Fair Tire in New London, CT. We went in to get my tires realigned because my steering wheel was showing a 9-degree offset, and Dominick helped us out tremendously. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue correctly. He was able to get a specialist involved within the hour, and they took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The service went smooth. Huge thanks to Dominick and the team highly recommend this location!

10/10 would recommend Town Fair to anyone looking for tires. Ryan greeted me as soon as I walked in and was super nice and thorough as he was walking me through the process. I have little to no knowledge on cars/tires and he made the experience and process very quick and easy. He was hands on and knowledgeable on the different options I had for tires and answered any and all questions I had— gained a loyal customer.

Ryan was very helpful in assisting me in my purchase of new tires. Ended up going with 4 new Toyo tires. When I got home I found that the tires I bought where $151/ea online at a competitor opposed to the $219 / ea I paid in store. I went back the next day and Ryan and Darby (manager?) gave me a price match without hesitation. I truly recommend town fair tire. They have your back and are very knowledgeable. The perks of buying through them are very much worth it and not to mention service is fast!

I made an appt on the phone to get new tires but choosing them on the phone is difficult especially when you want to see what you’re buying. When I showed up for my appt, Darby didn’t think the tires I came for were a good choice for my vehicle and I let him know what I was looking for. He showed me multiple tires throughout the showroom, explained the difference in the tires and the top 3 best tires for my vehicle per what I was looking for; durability and great in snow or wet weather. He was great to work with and I appreciate his insight and help on purchasing my new tires which have been great so far especially in the snow. Thank you so much!
