When I came in to purchase all four tires with the roadside hazard insurance, Alex was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent about pricing—no hidden fees or pressure tactics. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Then, in the middle of a heavy snowstorm, I picked up a nail in one of the tires. These guys are the best. They beat the lowest internet price on an awesome set of tires for my Audi A6. They are super honest. Ted, in Old Saybrook, saw that I left my laptop in the guest area. When I came looking for it almost 24 hours later he handed it to me. I will be back!!

Great experience - as usual! Ted was able to find time in the busy holiday week calendar to repair a leak due to a screw in the tread. The work was done promptly and within their projected time line, enabling me to get back on the road for my busy holiday week. Bargain price for the repair, too! We've worked with Town Fair and the team many times over years for new tires and have always been pleased with the service. Great selection of tires at good prices. Rumor from the one of the local dealerships is they get their tires from Town Fair as well.
