Town Fair Tire

I made an appointment for November 20 to have four ties installed. I dropped the car off on the 19th. They did have the car promptly ready on the 20th. I was in a rush when I picked it up and just grab the paperwork and the keys and paid for it. The next day, I remembered that I had had a problem with another Town Fair Tire with some damaged rims and I went out to check and three of the floor rooms were damaged. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager Rick and he asked me to send him some photos so I did and I never heard from him again I felt it was the holidays and people are busy so I waited till the middle of January and then I reached out to the corporate office sent them photos and Talked to to the regional manager. Ricky was great the prices and customer service were as good as it gets definitely worth going to them for all your tire needs. Purchased Michelin pilot sport all season Tires for summer/fall and the picture that I included are of the winter tire and rim package that I purchased from them and they also included all the lug nuts, tire monitors, and all the other goodies that is needed when you switched out for aftermarket rims.

Kyle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. When I came in to get my tires replaced, he took the time to walk me through the different tire options available and explained the pros and cons of each in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated that he didn’t make the process feel overwhelming and made sure I felt confident about the choice I was making. While working on my tires, he also took the time to check my brake pads and let me know they were in pretty rough shape. He clearly explained what was going on, gave me a quote, and was able to take care of the brake work the same day, which was incredibly convenient.
