I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire thanks to Antonio. He was professional, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Antonio definitely delivered. He did an amazing job making this affordable and I’ll be coming back and recommending this location because of him! I LOVE MY NEW TIRES!

I came to town fair tire first thing in the am after a what I thought stressful dealership experience to being greeted by angel. Angel was very welcoming as soon as I walked into the building very knowledgeable and professional and worked with me and took my needs into consideration. We went over the vehicle and I told him what services I would like done, he treated me as what seemed more like family instead of just just another transaction. Thank you to angel for being so honest, knowledgeable and welcoming and making this experience smooth and easy in caring for my N line Kona!

Antonio is fantastic! He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience replacing the tires on my vehicle. Not only that, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy (listened to what I the customer was looking for), and was able to give quality recommendations based on what I wanted. The tires I selected weren’t in stock at the Springfield location but he called one of the other stores to have them delivered that same afternoon. Service took about an hour if not less. Very happy with my experience!
