I am beyond happy with this place !! Candido did an amazing job on my front windshield and back glass. Very professional with his work he even noticed some errors from AUTO GLASS and he was willing to help me as well! He’s quick and reliable, no messes in beyond thankful for all the work he’s done and the help he provided due to AUTO GLASS doing a terrible job on my driver side 3 windows. Every mess up AUTO GLASS did this guy was noticing it and fixing it for me 🙏🏼beyond satisfied with western ma auto glass and I would highly recommend them to anyone! My daughter's windshield was smashed by ice coming off a truck on the highway while on her way to class. Nancy at Western Mass Autoglass was extremely helpful in helping me get my daughter's car to their shop and replacing the windshield before my daughter got done with school. The autoglass tech went above and beyond by his fast service AND put a sealer over a paint chip that happened when the ice hit the car. Highly recommend this shop.

I just returned from having my windshield replaced. Most places wanted to keep my car for the day and they had it back to me quickly. My appointment was scheduled for the next day after they received the insurance information.They did an exceptional job. I will definitely go there for any work that I need done in the future. Very nice people, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and professional. I needed the windshield fixed ASAP and they were able to do it the day of which i’m very grateful for. They even went above and beyond and did some detailing in my car, I was very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone who needs their windshield replaced. Great company with hard working people!
