Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was there twice and first time was good and nice people. last time one week ago very bad experience.I did oil and filter change. But they didn’t told me about under the hood need some screws.After next day I lost splash shield and replaced for $466.00.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at this location. I have visited multiple times in the past solely to put air in my tires and was never charged. During my most recent visit, I was assessed a $10 “miscellaneous” fee to add air to a tire for a person with a disability. While I understand and respect paying for services, charging $10 for air—particularly under these circumstances—feels unreasonable and unethical. There was no transparency around the charge, and it does not align with my prior experiences at this site. This interaction left a very poor impression and raises concerns about fair and consistent pricing practices. I hope this matter is reviewed by management to prevent similar experiences in the future.

3/8/26 I went to get an oil change, then the said they was going to check the air in my tires and they said the driver tire had to much air in it. Then I drove all the way to Boston and someone pull me over to tell me my tire was almost flat which was the passenger tire then I had to call AAA just to get air in my tire smh!! Way to go Valvoline!

Each visit I've had at this location has been a great experience. The guys are, as always, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also they go above and beyond what is expected. Customer service is awesome 👍😁👍
