Town Fair Tire

I had my first purchase and service at Town Fair Tire earlier this week and I was very happy with the outcome. 1. I needed to purchase new snow tires on relatively short order after purchasing a car during winter. The rep (Aaron) was very helpful in going through my options with me, and made recommendations that I wasn't aware of originally but made total sense after he said them (and tracked with subsequent research online). Had he just gone with what I asked, then I would have fit my car with tires that would not be ideal. Aaron spent a fair amount of time on the phone with me and was patient throughout the conversation. 2. I called on a Monday - the tires were in and ready to be installed on a Wednesday. My experiences with Town Fair Tire have always been great but this particular visit was exceptional. The entire staff was fantastic but I’d like to give a special shout out to Aaron. He went above and beyond my expectation. He took his time answering all of my questions providing me with different options so I could make an informed decision on what tires were best for me. This level of customer service is rare these days. Thanks to my experience with Aaron and the whole team I’ll be a forever customer of Town Fair Tire.

It’s unfortunate that a company cannot properly take off lug nuts on a 2025 vehicle. After they had broken two of my lug nuts/studs, they told me they were done trying and to go elsewhere and refused to pay for it after they were the ones that broke it. Pretty disrespectful and not good customer service I will be in contacting the manager!

The team at town fair tire was absolutely awesome. I purchased a set of Bridgestone dueler Ascent AT tires for my truck, and got a desperately needed alignment as well. Adam in particular was extremely helpful over the phone when I initiated this process, provided clear communication throughout, and went above and beyond to make things easy with my crazy work schedule. These folks are professionals through and through, prioritized an easy experience, and made sure to offer the best deal. I will absolutely be returning!

Brought my car here just to ask a favor if they would look at the bottom of my car. They gave no hesitation and even brought me through their garage so that I could take a look at my car. Something was loose underneath. It was like having a friend take a look at my car. What an awesome experience!
