Rude employees. Never been given so much attitude because I didn't have the part number on hand. Like bro just look it up.
I went for oil change, they took 2 hours to finish it after that they made hole in the driver seat and when i told him about it they said that is 6 years old car and that is not our fault, the seat was in perfect condition before oil change and there's no wear in the seat. The guy from mazda Richardson his name is Alex Tsvang called me twice today and he told me if i didn't remove my review, they will not allow me to enter Mazda Richardson again or any Mazda dealership in USA.
I had a great experience. Thanks to Tae for helping me, he was very helpful, considerate and made the whole process a breeze.
The Parts Dept employee that answered my call re: headlight "blew me away" w/ his courtesy, patience and knowledge. It's so rare these days; he should be given a big bonus 😊
