I wish I had read the reviews before I took my car to Townsend. I have never experienced or even heard of the owner of a business rage with such anger. I spent thousands of dollars and my car had more issues after his repair. It's by far the worst experience I've ever had at any business. Beware.

Received a leveling kit and new tires, already mounted. Called Friday morning and they could fit me in if I brought in the car in the next month. Bring it in, get an immediate quote. Curtis and team get to work. Calls me an hour later saying that the lug nuts from my OEM tires won't fit. Curtis goes the extra mile, calls around, and finds lug nuts that will work. Great, quick service and going the extra mile with the customer. Would recommend to anyone!

First and foremost, I want to start by saying I've interacted with a great deal of mechanics and have a negative bias sometimes towards mechanics. Are they being honest? Are they trying to milk me for all I have? As cynical as I can be, Curtis Townsend has gained my trust. My car was in bad shape, to the brink of death. Curtis went through everything he saw and explained why my car wasn't a lost cause. Based on our conversation, and what my options were, I decided I could trust this guy. Normally, in my experiences, and based on the damage I create with vehicles, I fully expected to wait at least a week. Curtis had it done in a day.
