In less than 24 hours my 2012 Toyota Prius with 212,000 miles is fixed! I cannot recommend Toy Auto Man highly enough! After some challenging experiences with other automotive businesses in Santa Fe, finding Claudia and Carlos has been an absolute blessing. Took my car in about a week or two ago, asked for them to run a diagnosis to tell me what was wrong. I dropped the car off at 7am I didn’t not get any call or information back until 3pm. When they called, without my authorization, they said they had put in a new battery and ran a diagnosis that nothing was wrong with my car. Minded they charged $250!!! For a new battery I did not ask for but to take the battery back out put my old one in, the lady was still going to charge me over $100. Well fast forward a week, Now I am sitting on the side of the road because my car died. Currently waiting for a tow truck. They did not check my car they just held on to it all day and charged the battery with my authorization. Do not take your car here!!

Not only did Carlos fix my truck, he brought out the pieces he fixed to show me why they needed fixing. Honest mechanics are hard to find these days and I am lucky I found this place. Will definitely come back.

I highly recommend! Accurate diagnostics, reasonable. And fair rates. Above all, honest. Will definitely choose them next time I need work on my Camry.

Fantastic place to get your car serviced! We have an old XB and they did an excellent job going over the car and getting it ready for a long road trip. And the waiting room is one of the nicest I've ever been in!
