Mark and the crew at Toycen Auto Body are great to work with. After an accident you are already stressed. So having someone like Mark running things makes a bad situation as good as it could possibly be. They also do excellent work and when they give you a timeline they are pretty darn spot on.

I hit a deer in November and quickly found out that all the local body shops were full with work from other deer strikes. I talked with Mark at Toycen and he took in my truck and was very up front about all the work he had and when he would be able to complete my work. This guy is a straight shooter. He got my truck back to me when he promised and the work was outstanding. I did have a small issue and Mark rescheduled my truck back into his shop and made some adjustments to my complete satisfaction. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and throughout the whole process, kept me in the loop with what was going on. Mark even worked to resolve some issues with my insurance carrier. Its nice to know there are still businesses that truly care about their work and are committed to custom

Had body repair and painting after an accident. Jake, painting, R.J. and James, body work, and of course Mark the manager, did an excellent job.. It was clean, in and out and it shined like a new penny[if there was such a thing]. Thanks Guys. You will be recommended to any one that needs these kind of services. I had my Ford Lariet repaired at Toycen after a deer hit. They did a great job it looks good a new and they provided a loaner car. I would recommend them, Mark was a great communicator.
