To say I had a great experience at Willies RV would be a vast understatement and a true disservice to their commitment to excellence. Starting with the sales team, I was assigned to Jim B., and I could not have been happier with the level of service he provided. His explanations were thorough, his photos detailed, and his responsiveness unmatched—regardless of whether the dealership was open or he was working that day. He provided all of the information I requested and then some. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase or to put money down to hold an RV. He checked in at just the right frequency—never excessive or annoying, unlike many other salespeople I’ve worked with in the past. We just purchased a 2022 Jayco Eagle from Willie's RV and it was a very good experience. Our salesman, Jim Belanger, was very helpful and worked closely with us to get us a great deal. We drove almost 900 miles to do business with them based on our positive experience with Jim. Chris, our service tech, did a thorough walk around with us explaining the different features of this camper and how to properly operate everything. The finance manager, Adam, did a great job getting us the best financing and explained the service contracts we could purchase. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided and will gladly recommend them to others.

My wife and I bought a brand new 2025 Jayco Jay Flight SLX from them back in April and we had a GREAT experience with them.They went above and beyond to work with our busy schedules to have us come in and sign paperwork and to pick the RV up. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new or even a used RV.

I am not a review person however, in this situation I need to say a few things. First, we have always gone to Willie's to look, we have been contemplating an RV for years. We went looking again and Jim Belanger was amazing for a sales guy and showed us exactly what we were looking for, although it was just in on trade and needed the thorough inspections and cleaning. We finally pulled the trigger and bought an RV with that understanding. That however, is where the excitement ended. We have had nothing but problems with it. We have had to take it back 3 times, we made a payment on it before we even got it in our possession. We picked it up and was told it was all inspected and clean inside and out and in tip top shape.
