First visit. I am new to Toyota ownership and brought my vehicle in with a lot of maintenance questions because I didn’t have prior owners service records. I expected a long list of things needed. But aside from an oil change and tire rotation, everything checked out OK. Pleasant change from previous shop. Will definitely use them again.

I’ve taken both of my 4Runners to ToyoMasters, and I won’t take my Toyotas anywhere else. These guys know their stuff—true specialists when it comes to Toyota vehicles. Chris in particular has worked on both of mine, and he’s been nothing short of exceptional. He’s honest, thorough, and really takes the time to explain what’s going on without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The whole shop is professional and straightforward, and their pricing is very competitive—especially for the level of expertise you’re getting.
