Couldn’t recommend going somewhere else more. In November of 24’ they installed an oil filter with no o-ring and all my oil leaked out. A year later a mechanic heard a knock and recommend going back to them to see if they would handle it under warranty. They claimed it was a different issue unrelated to that oil change and quoted me 2200. I picked it up, took it down the street to complete auto care and in 5 mins he diagnosed the problem and let me know it wasn’t a concern unless the sound changed/got worse. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Alex took great cre of me as usual. It always goes above and beyond to make all customers feel like family. It took a little longer cause. I had to have a recall done. The takes about 2 hours and I. Walked in because I'd been gone for 3.5and weeks and my warning came on while I was ice in Fishing Canada, so I couldn't 2 make an appointment. It still was a great day. even Chandler came over and talked to me. Which makes you feel good when a guy takes the time of day just to say hi and make sure everything's going good. It's always good to catch up with all your crew. They are 100% on the job taken great care of your customers. Chandler did an excellent job with us for the repair of our Highlander. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very timely with his communication. He handled our extended warranty seamlessly. We were very impressed with the way he cared for us.
